Who Am I?
My name is Katarzyna Strzeszewska. Since 2006, I have been supporting my clients in choosing the best credit offers on the Polish market. I have finalized over 1000 mortgage transactions!
I guarantee you a full range of services, including an assessment of credit possibilities, a precise determination of the minimum documentation required for banks to verify your identity (the credit transaction must be safe for both the client and the bank), and a verification of the legal status of the property being purchased. Together, we will select and finalize the best credit offer for you from a bank that offers the most attractive conditions. Finally, I will also assist you in releasing funds for the purchase of your dream property and completing the formalities after signing the deed.
The verification of creditworthiness and identity is more complex if a foreigner or a couple of different nationalities wishes to apply for credit in Poland. I specialize in the process of granting loans to individuals with foreign income. I speak English fluently and simplify the understanding of Polish regulations so that you can more easily optimize your investment and apply for a mortgage.
My office is located in Warsaw, but I provide services throughout Poland. In this era of advancing digitalization, for your convenience, we may meet only when signing the credit agreement with some banks, discussing the details earlier during a video call. If the transaction takes place outside of Warsaw, I am, of course, willing to travel to your place of residence.
